This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Associations Inc. (the “PCC”), our website;http://www.pacificcoastcouncil.org; and the “WESCCON” mobile application. We are the sole owners of the information collected on the PCC website and WESCCON application.. Basic information, such as name or email address may be published on the WESCCON app, or transferred to WESCCON sponsors.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than to provide updates on WESCCON and PCC events
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Registration
To register for WESCCON, or sign up for PCC updates a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to prepare for the conference and contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Sharing
We share select information with our sponsors.
And/or:
We use an outside company to manage WESCCON registration, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
